The powder coating machine is specially used for the coating of micro motor rotor and brushless motor stator slot insulation power. It replaces the traditional insulation paper insertion technology and improves production efficiency.

1. Application

The powder coating machine is specially used for the coating of micro motor rotor and brushless motor stator slot insulation power. It replaces the traditional insulation paper insertion technology and improves production efficiency. It improves the balance, voltage resistance and other electrical properties of the motor, and also facilitates the winding of the armature winding.


2. Working principle:

The electrostatic fluidized bed coating process is adopted, and high-frequency heating is quickly cured, so that the epoxy resin powder is melted and leveled due to heat and adheres to the surface of the stator and rotor to form a high-quality insulation coating, which replaces the traditional insulation paper.


The stator and rotor are transported to the fluidized bed by a screw. The powder in the fluidized bed is fluidized by compressed air and floats in a smoke-like state, and then is evenly coated on the armature under the action of high-voltage static electricity. Then the powder that does not need to be coated on the armature is removed by blowing, scraping and other methods. The high-frequency heating melts and solidifies the coating, so that the armature slot has a uniform insulation layer.

5. Structural description:

The machine consists of preheating and cooling device, transmission device, fluidized bed coating, powder cleaning device, powder recovery device, high-frequency heating, cooling system, frame and protective cover.


6. Coating thickness control

6.1. Under the same electrostatic high voltage, reducing the screw speed and increasing the powder feeding air pressure can increase the coating thickness.

6.2. At a certain screw speed, increasing the electrostatic high pressure and fluidizing air pressure can appropriately increase the coating thickness, but if the electrostatic high pressure is too large, it will affect the flatness of the coating.

6.3. The powder feeding air pressure should not be too large, otherwise the powder will overflow.


7. Heating temperature control

7.1 Adjust the high-frequency output power according to the armature size and powder heating requirements.

7.2 After adjustment, please record the data and do not change the parameters at will.
