This automatic motor assemble line is suitable for different type induction motor assembly, such as washing machine motor, fan motor, etc.The Automatic induction motor assembly line mainly consists of two parts called as the Stator production line and the Rotor production line.

The Automatic induction motor assembly line mainly consists of two parts called as the Stator production line and the Rotor production line. It automatically assemble the rotor, stator and motor components together, it features fast, efficient, easy set-up, user-friendly programming and tooling flexibility.

 

Application

This automatic motor assemble line is suitable for different type induction motor assembly, such as washing machine motor, fan motor, etc.

 

Operator needed for this motor stator and rotor production line is far less than other machines or lines. The reduction of labor force will not affect the productivity. With a lower labor cost, and high productivity, this stator line improves the competitiveness for motor manufacturers.

This automatic motor manufacturing production line is consisted of several machines.

 

1. Lower shell assembly

Loading the lower shell,  applying oil,  and placing materials on the tray.

 

2. Wave washer assembly

Automatically separate the wave gasket, automatically identify single and double sheets; Automatically assemble the wave gasket into the lower shell.

 

3. Stator assembly& wave washer test

The operator checks whether there is a wave pad in the stator case and presses the stator into the stator case.

 

4. Rotor assembly

Loading the rotor core and shaft, pressing the rotor shaft into the iron core, installing the circlip on the rotor, pressing the bearings at both ends of the rotor, and assembling the rotor assembly to the stator

 

5. Circlip clip assembly

6. Upper shell assembly

Loading the upper shell,  applying oil,  flipping it and assembling it to the stator assembly.

 

7. Rivet assembly

The operator installs motor accessories on the motor, and the operator installs rivets on the stator.

 

8. Rivet pressing

Use servo power to automatically rivet rivets, and monitor the pressure and displacement during the riveting process.

 

9. Air gap detection

Detect the assembly gap between the motor rotor and stator

 

10. Function detection

Functional tester (test content: insulation resistance test, high voltage test, surge test, voltage reduction test,  nominal voltage test)

 

11. Labeling & detection

The pallet lifts and rotates, automatically attaches peel-off labels, and automatically takes out labels and affixes them to the corresponding surface of the motor.

 

12. Auto unloading

The finished motor is automatically unloaded onto the pallet by the robot.
