Wheel Hub Motor Stator Tesing Machine
The BLDC Wheel Motor Stator Tesing Machine is before shaft pressing process.
1. Features:
Automatic recording test data, automatic statistical test results, summarize date,month,years tatistical report, and can save the statistical results.The system should store 400 models, model number and test items can be arbitrarily selected, data can be saved after changing model (no need tor e-sampling surge wave).
Equipment should have the safety protection measures, to avoid the operator misuse or equipment malfunction caused by personal or equipment accidents.
The standard for motor test items,entered by manual. (Surge test standard according to our request, automatically establish the standard surge waveform). The system real-time monitoring, test items failed, it will display the NG item data, and has the sound and light alarm.
System test speed: single speed motor stator test cycle shall not exceed 6 seconds.
The displayer is a10.4-inch LCD screen.
The high-voltage part of the circuit are separated from the low-voltage part in the circuit to ensure that the isolation effect, surge,hi-pot and other high-voltage test items using high-voltage shielding power cord,ground must be in good contact.
2. Dielectric Strength Test (Hi-pot):
Applies power frequency high voltage for a certain time between all the winding and the shell; detects circuit leakage current, the output voltage controlled by the internal program; automatically adjusts the output voltage,not affected by the input voltage fluctuations.

3. Insulation Resistance Test
Applies high DC voltage a certain period between all the windings and the shell to detect the loop resistance.
Output voltage setting range/accuracy :DC500V/1000V±(2%settingvalue+10V)
Insulation resistance measurement range:1~500MΩ≤100MΩ:±(3%×showvalue+0.5MΩ);>100MΩ:±(5%×showvalue+5MΩ)
Insulation resistance alarm setting range:upper limit:0~500MΩ;lower limit:1~100MΩ
Test timer ange/resolution: 0.5~999s 0.1s/step
4. Surge Test:
Applies impact voltage of a certain amplitude and waveform at both ends of the winding; compares the difference between the oscillation waveform and the standard waveform.
Output voltage setting range: 500 ~ 3000V ±(3%×show value+8V)
Sampling Frequency : 100MHZ
Waveform comparison project: : Area, area difference, aureole, phase; testing interface shows 3 surge waves
5. DC LowResistance Test:
Applies DC at both ends of the winding; measures the temperature and winding resistance, and converts to the resistance under specified temperature; displays unbalance
,range can be set.
Measuring range/accuracy: 10.0 mΩ~2000Ω ± (0.3%×display value+3 words) Temperature compensation can be set.
